FEELIN' GOOD touches on the Black Power and Civils Rights movements of the 1960s and 1970s and the impacts on the youth. Young people wanted change that positively impacted education, values, legal enforcement, and entertainment. However, the youth also heavily acknowledged black achievements, legacies, pride, and power.
