Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All original artwork and prints are carefully packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery timelines after shipment:

  • Domestic (US): 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Large-scale original works may require freight shipping; you will be contacted before shipment to confirm arrangements.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your artwork. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

Original paintings: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the work must be in its original, undamaged condition and returned in its original packaging. Contact us at contact@tasaneeart.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Prints: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please photograph the damage upon receipt and email it to contact@tasaneeart.com to begin the process.

Custom commissions: All sales are final on commissioned works.

Return Process

  1. Email contact@tasaneeart.com with your order details and reason for return

  2. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged

  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and email contact@tasaneeart.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.

For lost shipments, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
