Medium: Acrylic and raffia on linen
Size: 48 x 36 inches
Year: 2026
This painting centers the legacy of Black crab captains whose lives and labor are deeply tied to the coast. Inspired by the oral stories of Ernest L. McIntosh Sr., captured by the Georgia Black Fishermen Project, it holds memory, tradition, and survival with care. Storytelling and cultural connection are at the heart of my practice, and this work is one of the clearest expressions of that commitment.
This is a one-of-a-kind original. Once it sells, it's gone.
Ships stretched and unframed, ready to hang. We recommend selecting your own frame to suit your space.
Payment plans available. 3- and 6-month plans offered at checkout. A 50% deposit holds the piece.
Please note: Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $300 added at checkout. For international orders, reach out before purchasing so we can discuss shipping options together — contact@tasaneeart.com.
All original painting sales are final.
